Skilled Workforce

The skilled and trained workforce of the New York State Building & Construction Trades Council is what separates us from the competition. For over a century our manpower has built the infrastructure of New York. Whether it’s your drinking water, your heating and cooling systems, electrical grids, or the air you breath, our workforce has probably played a role in bringing you the best possible product. Whether we’re working on a stadium, power plant, school, factory, or residential construction project, our members have the skill and training necessary to best serve New York.

Around the state our Journeypersons have received the most up to date training available in the industry. Even after the completion of a certified apprenticeship training program, our members continue to be educated and trained to keep them abreast of the latest technology and techniques.
