Weaknesses Found in CGR Report on Prevailing Wages
[2/25/2008] - On behalf of the NYSEDC (the trade association for the local IDAs in NY), the Rochester-based Center for Governmental Research (CGR) prepared a report entitled, "Prevailing Wage in NYS; The Impact on Project Cost and Competitiveness." This article outlines the weaknesses found in that report.
